It can simply be associated to ones imagination. Both words have the shared meaning of 'not real' when looked at in a specific manor they share non existent characteristics of appearance, every person has a different visual perception when thinking of the words Virtual / imagination as a literal object does not exist.
So how does one address parliament in a 'architectural' manor through a method of non existent materiality ?
The word 'parliament' subconsciously brings to mind an image that the majority of people share. Immediately this shows the recognition of place in ones imagination. The symbolic form an image holds within ones mind is often shared depending on their experiences and thoughts of that specific place.
